TRAVELING ON A TIGHT...TIGHT ASS BUDGET.

Our trip to the Grand Canyon, being so smooth and so fascinating, has prompted us to come up with more options for trips we could do on a budget. Finding things in your local area that usually fly below the radar as destinations usually, in my case, make for the best trips. There are tons of attractions that cost little to no money at all and make for some incredible memories. Especially when done with your best friends. Because as we all know, you could be just as entertained sitting all day on a couch with those special people as you would be at the most extravagant location.

Here is a list of destinations we’d like to find ourselves at in the near future. I call it, “The Anti-Vegas Weekend Get-A-Way List.” (Seriously, let’s always make it a deal to go anywhere more creative than there.)

1)  Big Sur, Central CA
2)  The Madonna Inn, Central CA
3)  Hearst Castle, Central CA
4)  Sedona Desert, AZ
6)  Yosemite National Park, Northern CA
7)  Lake Arrowhead, Southern CA
8)  Big Bear Mountain, Southern CA
9)  Joshua Tree National Park, Southern CA
11) Mammoth Mountain, Southern CA
13) Anza-Borrego, Southern CA

Here are a few snapshots to get your juices flowing...
