Recently I was shown these photos of my Great Grandmother and her family. I couldn't believe how old these photographs were, such a huge piece of history right in front of me. Photographs were such an art form back in the day, not that they still aren't, but I feel like everyone is a photographer with their handy Iphone. I am guilty of over using Instagram myself, but I still can appreciate the beauty of the original "vintage" photograph. Check it out, Great Grandma is the beauty in the glamour shots (that she would send off to her boyfriends in the war, yeah, WWII). And call me crazy, but does her brother Mel not look EXACTLY like the ever so handsome Clive Owen? I was baffled.
